These sessions are based upon the framwork of a multitude of modalities similar to bodywork/massage techniques, in that it focuses on releasing stuck energy through soft tissue manipulation (light or deep), pressure point therapy, breath work, intuition, and intent, etc. However, let the practitioner guide you through this "non traditional" journey of healing with her own intuition and insight to help you work through your own unique challenges physically, emotionally, and spriritually.
