Since we are setting time aside just for you, any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time without being charged, otherwise payment in full is expected. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration of the therapist's time, and other clients that wish to use our services.
We would like to keep everyone safe especially during the winter months when we experience bad weather, our policy is if Marquette Area Schools / NMU are closed until at least noon, and your appointment is before noon, your appointment will automatically be rescheduled. If your appointment starts at or after noon it will be based on the discretion of the client and the therapist if both feel that it is safe to travel then your appointment will not be rescheduled. There will not be any charges for having to reschedule under these circumstances.
